Recently Brian brought his crew to our condo to solve issues with a roof unit that has been a problem for many months. He promptly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed that same day. Huge improvement in the performance of the unit.

Our AC went out unexpectedly and I called the AC repair provider that the manufacturer recommended. They gave me an appointment for 6 days later. We have two babies so there was no way that was going to work in this heat wave! I called Duct Dynasty and although Brian was super busy he happened to be nearby so he came over 10 minutes after I called! It took two days to get the AC back on because he has to obtain a few parts but we were SO grateful that he came and helped us so quickly. When he got the part he stayed at our house for hours repairing the AC, apparently a duct had flooded and he had to drain it. We were lucky the garage didn't flood. The AC is back up and running and our family is happy!

Great responsiveness and service! We had A/C out and Brian was able to get over super quickly and fix it right then and there- and all at a very reasonable cost. We have a handyman who sometimes can address things like this, but I'll be calling DD if/when we need anything else. Thank you Brian! On the hottest day of the year, my AC went out. Brian called me back quickly. He came on a Saturday to fix my AC. He was affordable and fair and did a great job! I was so grateful he could come out on a weekend to help me!

After getting assigned through my home warranty plan to a less than reputable and honest company to fix an evaporator leak that caused my ceiling to cave in on me like in the Movie "The Money Pit", I came across Duct Dynasty on the web. The business name made me chuckle so I requested an online service call and Brian got back to me in less than 20 minutes on the hottest day of the year so far.

When no other HVAC company in the county could get out to my house before the end of next week, Brian came through, on a Saturday no less and in the evening after what had to have been a very long work day for him. He was obviously very adept at his craft and very customer service oriented, something I did not experience with other vendors I spoke with and something I expect from a service provider. He quickly identified the issues in my older home and got the condensation drain and drip pan unclogged in short order at a very reasonable price.

He answered a ton of questions I had since we could see through the giant hole in my ceiling that the HVAC was not properly installed by the former owner to begin with. I want to get everything corrected so it's installed properly and so this type of AC Apocalypse can never happen again. Brian is extremely approachable, honest and punctual and was very up front with me with regards to ballpark prices on how much my project will cost. I'm having him put together a quote for me and will most likely utilize his services after soliciting bids for my HVAC retrofit.
